📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a global ADAS data acquisition program • Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs • Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders • Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management • Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments • Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling • Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB • Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills • Advanced English communication skills
