📋 Description

• Analyze the overall solution from business, functional, and architectural perspectives • Define and implement the IT master plan • Ensure adherence to the strategic roadmap • Advise clients and support their digital transformation • Take a broad view of project challenges • Lead and manage a team of technical consultants and junior architects • Participate in pre-sales engagements and early-stage RFP activities • Support client decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field • At least 6 years of experience • Proven experience in architecture design and team leadership on projects • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud) and Power Platform • Proficiency with on-premises environments: IIS, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ADFS, and Windows Server • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems • Strong communication skills and ability to proactively propose solutions • Autonomy, creativity, technical rigor, and strong written skills • Ability to work independently within a technical team • Ability to interact with all project stakeholders, including clients and vendors • English level sufficient to understand and communicate effectively in an international context
