📋 Description
• Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems • Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance • Exercise original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers • Build skills and expertise of software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role • Collaborate and act as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders • Develop System Qualification and Integration Tests • Ensure requirements are clear and testable • Devise methods of fully testing the system and integration requirements when not all interfaces are exposed for test
🎯 Requirements
• Has more than a year of relevant work experience • Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles • Five years test engineering experience • Broad technical skills across multiple domains including o Test methodologies o Test equipment & programming (Python/ MATLAB) o Requirement writing (JAMA, Doors or ALM tool) o Test case writing (JAMA, Doors or ALM tool) o Software o Hardware o HIL setup expertise • BS or equivalent in EE or SW
