• Ensure successful project delivery according to methodology, scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements • Provide quality and control assurance on customer engagements and assist with financial and resource allocation tracking • Engage project stakeholders and sponsors to clarify and prioritize requirements • Onboard project teams, define team interactions and structure, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and establish project controls • Create and maintain comprehensive project work plans and documentation according to Project Management Office standards • Manage project Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), contingency plans, and mitigation strategies • Guide project teams and customers in applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Motivate project teams and recognize outstanding performance • Execute change control processes, facilitate communication, document change requests, and obtain approvals • Produce and communicate project delivery status reports and conduct customer follow-up meetings • Build positive stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted customer partner • Improve standard delivery methodologies, Project Management Office documents, and templates • Participate in billable project management roles on customer engagements • Participate in regional pre-sales activities, including proposal creation and estimation • Lead internal initiatives using project management tools and techniques • Assist with delivery acceptance, sales proposal approval, and sales-to-delivery handover activities • Work with the resource coordinator on resource allocation decisions for pipeline and current projects • Take accountability and ownership for completing assigned customer commitments on time and with quality
• 10+ years overall Project Management experience, including 4+ years demonstrable experience across Data Integration or Middleware projects • 2+ years of Technical Project Manager demonstrable experience locally managing offshore teams where the end-customer is in a different country • 2+ years’ experience in a Delivery leadership capacity • Demonstrated strong leadership, ethics, and sound judgment, both independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Ability to work well and communicate under pressure • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills • Well versed in Project Management tools, collaboration tools, and communication and presentation software, including Jira, Confluence, Trello, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office • Pre-sales experience, proposal and project work estimation required • Configuration Management, release management, and deployment experience • Application Support and IT operations experience • Project Management certification is highly preferred: PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAFe • Middleware product knowledge is a plus
