📋 Description

• Provide delivery leadership and responsibility for implementing complex GE Digital Grid software solution projects at customer sites in APAC • Manage customer expectations, communications, narrative, and satisfaction • Lead diverse global customer-focused project teams including internal resources, partners, and subcontractors • Define and execute detailed project plans based on Statement of Work, customer profile, scope, timeline, and budget/resources • Ensure project management processes and practices are followed and improve them as necessary • Resolve project roadblocks and interdependencies with execution, technical, and functional teams • Influence peers and negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, scope changes, and non-standard events • Verify deliverable quality against stakeholder expectations and Statements of Work • Track outcomes realization and customer satisfaction using established service-level metrics • Collect lessons learned and feed them back into organizational improvements • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting • Identify opportunities to maximize customer value from GE software and expand projects profitably • Uphold GED administration and compliance requirements in real time • Travel to customer sites in the Philippines or other APAC countries as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & IT from a local or internationally recognized university is required • Extensive related local Philippines network • Strong negotiation, visualization, and customer management skills • At least 15+ years of experience in complex customer implementation project management in the Philippines • Experience managing large-scale, complex software projects such as ADMS, SCADA, EGIS, ERP, CRM, or SAP • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum execution • Certified Scrum Master desirable • Ability to undertake 5-20% domestic and international travel • Professional English level • Good understanding of power transmission and distribution systems, utility operations, and grid management • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers for successful project delivery
