📋 Description

• Validate application functional flows based on project user stories using Gen AI • Analyze ambiguities using Gen AI and prepare the corresponding report • Create functional test scenarios and test cases using Gen AI • Update regression scenarios and test cases to enable regression-test coverage for implemented application changes • Create a traceability matrix between test scenarios and requirements to demonstrate test coverage • Conduct test-scenario review sessions with agile-team stakeholders and incorporate feedback • Execute functional and regression test cases manually and using automation tools • Identify and highlight potential testing risks • Perform root-cause analysis for defects • Manage the defect life cycle • Ensure high quality of software solutions in collaboration with the development team • Support testing, quality in automation, programming, and software deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably insurance; required • Experience with effort estimation and coordination with agile teams • Experience in testing under Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Experience with Azure DevOps for test management • Ideal certification in ISTQB or TMMi • Ability to work under pressure • Quality-oriented and results-oriented • Experience with modern environments and latest tooling • Experience in effective testing, automation, programming, and software deployment
