📋 Description

• Perform continuous monitoring of network and service platforms • Detect, classify, and manage alarms and events, correlating alerts to assess customer and infrastructure impact • Execute first-level troubleshooting using established operational procedures • Manage the full incident lifecycle from diagnosis through escalation, resolution, and service restoration validation • Support scheduled maintenance windows, operational changes, and post-change health checks • Ensure compliance with operational standards, security requirements, and governance processes • Communicate with customers and stakeholders about incidents, service degradations, and restoration activities • Maintain detailed shift logs and participate in operational handovers • Identify recurring incidents and support automation opportunities • Maintain operational documentation and knowledge management resources

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a network operations, NOC, or telecommunications maintenance role • Hands-on exposure to monitoring and management tools used in large-scale infrastructure environments • Solid understanding of transport network platforms and telecommunications infrastructure • Ability to perform initial fault diagnosis, determine fault domains, and assess service impact • Experience managing incident tickets and following escalation procedures • Experience collaborating with L2/L3 support teams, vendors, and specialist operational groups • Ability to maintain accurate operational records and quality ticket documentation • Adherence to SLA compliance and KPI targets such as MTTA and incident response time • Effective communication with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to support major incident communications under pressure • Ability to work in a 24/7 telecommunications environment
