📋 Description
• Accountable for overall performance and profitability of the store • Ensure achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies • Lead daily store operations including sales management, cash control, inventory oversight, merchandising excellence, and customer service delivery • Responsible for team leadership, workforce planning, staff development, and maintaining a high-performing store environment • Ensure achievement of annual sales targets for the store and cascade to team on a monthly & weekly basis • Monitor cash management and payment systems in accordance with policies • Manage store merchandise, materials, and product labeling • Coordinate stock distribution activities • Provide on the job training to junior staff in customer service and product knowledge • Resolve customer complaints professionally and timely • Ensure showroom visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines • Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the same or related field
