📋 Description

• Support day-to-day analytics operations, including data extraction, cleansing, and report generation • Create dashboards with guidance from senior analysts • Understand business needs to assist in decision-making • Communicate results and insights clearly and concisely • Ensure timely project completion • Visualize data in an easily consumable way for business stakeholders, using advanced reporting tools and dashboards • Execute ETL processes to assess datasets, identify nulls or errors, and load data to appropriate platforms • Perform in-depth data analysis and compile clear technical reports and findings • Collaborate effectively within and across teams, providing actionable insights to guide decisions • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of analytics practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree a plus • Ability to independently write and execute complex and efficient SQL queries • Experience designing and completing Power BI reports or similar dashboard projects • Demonstrated skillful data cleaning and validation • Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Python • Demonstrated focus on automation and version control • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical insights clearly to stakeholders • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with the ability to build trust and credibility • Strong planning, documentation, and process-tracking skills
