📋 Description

• Preflight incoming artwork using Adobe CS to ensure its printer/production ready. • Prepares artwork using Adobe CS to the correct die-line. • Coordinates all preproduction tasks relating to planning, de-risking, communicating, organizing and tracking of first run packaging projects. • Acts as the liason between sales, customer/designers and production partners for new designs. • Communicates printer specifications and requirements to customers and ensure that incoming art is received in the appropriate manner. • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral. • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines. • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. • Perform retouching and manipulation of images. • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. • 3+ years of Graphic Design or prepress work experience. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated competency in utilizing desktop publishing applications like Adobe Creative Cloud. • Working knowledge of how to use Acrobat applications to modify, mark and edit PDFs. • Experience with UX/UI design or working with UX/UI teams. • Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas. • Excited to grow your design skills in a collaborative environment with a lively team culture. • Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
