📋 Description

• Meet with Clients via the CoCaptain platform for the purpose of conducting live (virtual) 30-minute advisory sessions. • Apply your unique method or pedagogy to ensure each session is effective and productive to achieve your Client's goals. • Advisory topics include but are not limited to resolving a difficult and/or confidential issue at work, advice to handle professional matters, ongoing professional development, career preparation and guidance, and other mentorship and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience and demonstrated success in your respective field/industry • Prior coaching experience is preferred • An active and accredited coaching certification is preferred • Excellent communication skills • Fluency in the English language • B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent • Ability to coach with CoCaptain for a minimum of 2 hours per week • Proficiency with computer software including video conferencing and scheduling applications.
