📋 Description

• Lead initial meetings and discovery sessions with customers and partners • Lead network architecture discussions through workshops and whiteboard sessions • Assist customers and partners with the design and deployment of Alkira solutions • Create and update best practices guidelines for the design and deployment of Alkira • Provide technical support for our customers • Own customer success on key accounts, helping with adoption and expansion • Build relationships and collaborate with customer networking and cloud teams • Influence the product road map through customer feedback and learnings from the field • Track and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong networking fundamentals (i.e. CCNA/CCNP level knowledge) • Strong cloud fundamentals (preferred) • Minimum 3+ years of technical sales experience or customer consulting • Technical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructure • Experience with large-scale network design and deployment • Experience using cloud automation and orchestration tools (preferred) • Strong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships • Flexibility to travel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
