📋 Description

• Aufbau einer skalierbaren Customer Success Organisation und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse. • Definition und Implementierung einer ganzheitlichen Customer Strategy entlang der gesamten Customer Journey. • Verantwortung für zentrale Customer-KPIs, insbesondere NRR, Churn, Retention, Product Adoption und CSAT. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Product und Marketing bei Kundenübergaben und Expansion-Potenzialen.

🎯 Requirements

• Mindestens 6 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS- oder Tech-Umfeld. • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Customer Success oder in angrenzenden Customer-Funktionen. • Erfahrung mit komplexen, beratungsintensiven Produkten, idealerweise im Enterprise-SaaS-Umfeld. • KPI- und datengetriebenes Arbeiten, strategische und operative Steuerung von Customer Success. • Kommunikationsstärke intern und extern.
