• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube. • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with brand tone and seasonal campaigns. • Collaborate with creative, trade marketing, and sales teams to create engaging visual and written content. • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms), including targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking. • Monitor community engagement, respond to messages, and nurture relationships with followers and partners. • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth. • Research trends and competitor activity to propose innovative ideas and campaigns. • Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and designers when necessary. • Ensure all content complies with advertising regulations for tobacco-related brands.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for lifestyle, luxury, or premium brands. • Proven experience with ad campaign management and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.). • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand positioning. • Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar). • Proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish or Russian is a plus. • Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills. • Ownership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation to grow in a fast-scaling brand. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize strategies. • Passion for cigars, craftsmanship, or luxury lifestyle industries is an advantage.
