• Own the CEO’s and other key executives’ priorities and operating cadence: translate strategy into weekly goals, decision-making, and accountability • Own cross-functional execution on the company’s highest-leverage initiatives (e.g., new product launches, clinical expansion, operational scaling, GTM readiness) • Run leadership team meetings and planning cycles: agendas, pre-reads, decisions, follow-ups, and clear owners • Build and maintain the single source of truth for company performance: KPIs, dashboards, and narrative updates for leadership and the board • Identify bottlenecks, unblock teams, and personally jump in to execute wherever needed—analysis, project management, partner prep, hiring processes, or customer/insurer support • Partner with leaders across product, clinical, operations and growth to improve processes ensure incredibly high velocity and execution • Support fundraising and external communication: investor materials, diligence, and special projects as needed
• 4-10+ years of experience driving strategy and execution in fast-moving environments (e.g., high-growth startups, top-tier consulting, investing, operations/product leadership) • Extremely high agency: you consistently find the highest-leverage problems, take ownership end-to-end, and deliver outcomes without being asked. • Proven exceptional ability in a few areas—especially (1) structured problem solving, (2) program management/execution, and (3) crisp written communication, (4) data analysis, modeling • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and delivering measurable results on aggressive timelines • Excellent communication skills — verbal, listening and written. We have a strong bias towards complete, thoughtful, written arguments at Carda Health. You must be clear, concise, and convincing in your communication. • Highly organized with the ability to create, adhere to, and scale repeatable processes • Proven ability to move fast. You should be able to complete tasks in ⅓ the time of your peers • Strong experience at a top tier early to growth stage company. You must know what truly excellent looks and feels like.
