📋 Description

• Be responsible for hitting the percentage paid targets set by the company. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims submission, and collections.​ • Oversee the accuracy of patient billing information and ensure timely submission of claims to insurance providers. • Monitor accounts receivable, identify trends, and implement solutions to reduce denials and improve cash flow.​ • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and coding standards.​ • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction.​ • Provide leadership and training to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.​

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector. • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies. • Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and electronic health record systems. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a remote work environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a "roll up your sleeves" mindset to get any job done. • The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A desire to further your career and an ambition to work on problems that actually matter. • A positive, never say die attitude!
