📋 Description

• Lead and support Willow Inpatient build, optimization, and maintenance activities • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for pharmacy workflows, medication management, and clinical decision support • Partner with client pharmacy leaders and analysts to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend scalable solutions • Execute build for upgrades, enhancements, and small‑to‑medium projects (<80 hours) within the AMS model • Provide advisory support on best practices, workflow alignment, and downstream impacts • Collaborate with cross‑functional Epic teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication workflows • Document build, testing, and validation activities with precision and clarity • Participate in on‑call or after‑hours support as needed for critical pharmacy functions

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD required • 3–5 years of Epic Willow Inpatient build experience (certified) • Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows, medication safety, and clinical operations • Experience supporting upgrades, optimization, and managed‑services style work • Ability to translate clinical needs into scalable, technically sound Epic solutions • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset
