📋 Description

• Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers • Identify and analyze labor, material costs, and time requirements • Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices using software packages • Prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service • Create labor estimates for any project • Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors • Manage bids from vendors and contractors • Present prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders • Compile and record actual costs • Review and assess cost estimates

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business, Construction, or Engineering • Surveying experience (in and out of the office) 5 year minimum • Site Construction experience of at least 5 years • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (required) • Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
