• This is a remote position. • We work with Zoho One and the Zoho suite of products. • Helping businesses to automate, become more efficient and systematic. • We are looking for a Business Analyst for Zoho CRM implementation projects. • You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of Zoho modules and workflows, driving tangible improvements in our organizational efficiency. • Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to discern business needs, planning the development of new modules and workflows, implementing enhancements, and conducting comprehensive training sessions. • We are seeking an individual with a blend of robust business acumen, strong communication skills, and technical prowess to excel in this dynamic role.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 3+ Years of Related Experience • 3 - 5 Years of Experience as a CRM Administrator (Zoho One Preferred) • 3 - 5 Years of Project Management Experience • Experience in CRM Customization Programming (Deluge Language Preferred) • Expert Knowledge of CRM Customization (Zoho Creator Preferred) • Knowledge of API Integration Principals • Experience in Performing CRM Upgrades, Managing Profiles, Allocating Roles and Managing Access (Zoho One Preferred) • Ability to Provide Training and End-User Support
