📋 Description

• CareHarmony is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Operations Analyst to join our Client Services team. • This is a client-facing, operational position focused on managing patient data and supporting integrations to enable CareHarmony’s healthcare programs. • You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams to ensure smooth data workflows and successful EHR integrations. • Collaborate with clients to extract patient data for CareHarmony programs. • Transform and prepare patient data for database ingestion, either independently or in coordination with internal teams. • Finalize and deliver patient data to internal stakeholders for operational use. • Manage all aspects of patient data processing, including tracking, quality assurance, and reporting. • Support operational planning through accurate forecasting and data analysis. • Coordinate EHR integration projects, working with development teams to scope, test, and deploy new integrations. • Support monthly revenue cycle operations through error resolution and collaboration with clients. • Manage miscellaneous data migration projects. • Develop improved forecasting models and analytics for patient data processes. • Create and maintain standard integration documentation and processes to ensure transparency and streamline future implementations. • Support provider roster management processes to minimize operational and revenue cycle disruptions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience working with healthcare data or EHR systems is a plus.
