• Planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads & Microsoft Ads • Managing Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns • KPI analysis (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue) and performance optimization • Developing testing and scaling strategies • Deriving concrete actions from analyses • Team sparring and support with operational and analytical tasks • Responsible for the quality and further development of product data feeds • Optimization for Shopping, Performance Max & other channels • Creating and improving reports and dashboards • Identifying opportunities and deriving measures • Analyzing customer journeys, product and campaign performance • Supporting automations and data-driven processes
• Degree (e.g., business administration, marketing) or equivalent qualification • Initial relevant professional experience in performance marketing (approx. 2–4 years), ideally in e-commerce or D2C • Solid knowledge in at least one performance channel (e.g., SEA or paid social) • Strong interest in technical developments • Enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others in their development • Analytical thinking and a good understanding of data-driven marketing • Very good German and good English skills
