📋 Description

• You build the customer journeys for LLP. • You optimize funnel structures for maximum conversion. • You connect Ads, CRM and landing pages into a clean, end-to-end process. • You create and optimize landing pages (headline tests, layout) and handle the technical setup for webinars. • You run conversion optimizations using A/B tests, heatmaps and tracking. • You regularly analyze funnel data and prepare optimization recommendations. • You work closely with copywriters (copy) and creative producers (design). • You think from the customer's perspective and ask: “Where might prospects drop off?”

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and funnel structures. • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmaps and tracking tools. • Analytical mindset and the ability to evaluate funnel data and derive actionable recommendations. • You embody LLP’s values and vision — both internally and with clients. • Resilience and flexibility to act confidently in challenging situations. • We require German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
