• Drive growth in one of Sellpy’s fastest-growing markets • Analyse market performance and identify opportunities across acquisition, retention and customer experience • Monitor key commercial KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations • Define, brief, and execute local growth initiatives, campaigns and market activations in collaboration with central channel teams and local partners • Improve seller acquisition, retention and assortment quality through data-driven initiatives • Support demand-side growth by improving assortment visibility and local customer engagement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the buyer and seller experience • Represent the Polish market and bring local insights into cross-functional discussions and decision-making
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, Growth or a similar role • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, business performance and commercial decision-making • Positive energy and motivation to try new approaches and tackle things head-on • Proven ability to drive projects independently and collaborate across teams • Experience translating data and insights into business actions • Fluent Polish, both written and spoken • Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language
