• Produce complex creative design concepts • Offer eye-catching and consistent solutions • Provide creative vision and generate visual ideas from scratch • Negotiate project requirements • Convert project goals into high-quality solutions • Deliver projects on time • Proactively predict and communicate risks • Share ideas and suggest process improvements • Explore and apply AI tools to enhance concept development
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in UI design for the web • Strong expertise in Figma • Ability to independently craft outstanding, original visual concepts • Hands-on experience with motion in UI • Basic 3D skills for UI/visuals • At least Upper-Intermediate English • Curiosity for modern tools and AI-driven workflows • A portfolio demonstrating strong foundation in visual and UI design
