âą Lead end-to-end technical integrations between the platform and Customer systems âą Coordinate onboarding activities and support successful Customer adoption âą Support, maintain, and optimize integrations for existing enterprise Customers âą Ensure reliability, consistency, and quality of integrated data flows âą Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions âą Collaborate directly with Customer IT and business stakeholders âą Coordinate external integration vendors and contractors during implementation activities âą Identify and resolve integration and data-related issues âą Contribute to scalable and repeatable integration processes and best practices âą Participate in Customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of commercial experience in integration, data engineering, or related roles âą Strong SQL skills âą Upper-Intermediate or higher English level âą Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions âą Understanding of data integration concepts and enterprise system integrations âą Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills âą Excellent communication and presentation abilities âą Experience working directly with Customers and stakeholders âą Ability to work independently with minimal supervision âą Strong attention to detail and fast-learning mindset âą WILL BE A PLUS: Basic Python knowledge âą Experience with Apache Airflow âą Understanding of ETL processes and data integration best practices âą Experience working on retail industry projects âą Experience supporting enterprise-level Customer
