• Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team • Understand the business needs, elicit requirements, validate, prioritize, manage requirements, and ensure that the delivered solution aligns with those requirements • Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements • Document, analyze, and visualize business processes, workflows, and systems • Document requirements with sound acceptance criteria
• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst • Proven experience in eliciting requirements • Meticulous in documentation creation • Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts • Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria • Understanding of basic mathematics and coding, as well as basic knowledge of Front-end, Back-end, and databases
