📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality expectations • Build strong relationships with Customers and act as a trusted delivery partner • Identify business opportunities and support account growth through proactive communication and delivery excellence • Tailor project management approaches and delivery models according to Customer and project needs • Manage project portfolios, identify risks proactively, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication • Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment • Execute people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention • Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in project delivery and operational management • Support and drive AI adoption practices across projects where applicable • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and Customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder management • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams • Practical experience driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices in projects • Ability to manage multiple streams and priorities simultaneously • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English • Strong presentation and Customer-facing communication skills • Experience managing embedded software or hardware-related projects (will be a plus) • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Agile certifications, etc. (will be a plus)
