📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve client escalations beyond first-line support capabilities • Drive end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, from requirements gathering to implementation and stakeholder feedback • Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices supporting reporting, integrations, and core product workflows • Work within a mature codebase, refactoring and improving existing components to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance • Act as R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives, leading grooming, requirements definition, implementation, and review • Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) • Experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or GCP, including deployment and infrastructure management • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions • Proactive mindset for identifying and implementing product/process improvements • Advanced written and spoken English • Experience with cybersecurity, fraud prevention, detection, or other security-focused products (WILL BE A PLUS) • Experience with large-scale, high-traffic, or performance-sensitive systems (WILL BE A PLUS)
