📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping and delivering Microsoft 365-centric SaaS security and CASB solutions • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer service teams • Engage with subscribers to understand their challenges • Document and prioritize feature requirements • Assist the product team in prioritizing improvements and new features • Work with designers to create user engagement experiences

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of general software product management experience • Basic understanding of the IT services, Managed Service Provider (MSP) and/or Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) market • At least 2 years of experience writing documentation for end users • At least 2 years of experience with in-product user engagement tools like Intercom, Pendo, and others • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and project leadership skills
