📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks • Build and optimize CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines • Perform stress, load, and performance testing activities • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability • Introduce and leverage AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where applicable • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous quality improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering • Strong expertise across unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python • Practical experience with Playwright and Cypress • Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD platforms • Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher • Experience with Java or C# is a plus • Experience with Ranorex is a plus • Experience with penetration testing is a plus • Experience working in regulated industries is a plus • German language proficiency is a plus
