âą Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for diverse audiences âą Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather technical insights âą Continuously improve existing documentation and create new materials aligned with product updates âą Identify opportunities to enhance product usability through documentation strategies âą Mentor other technical writers and contribute to team growth âą Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align educational content with business goals
đŻ Requirements
âą Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology environment âą Strong understanding of developer tools, security workflows, or DevOps environments âą Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure âą Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects âą Upper-Intermediate English level âą 3+ years of relevant experience
