📋 Description

• Develop and maintain "Should Cost" analyses and technical estimations based on component specifications, technical drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM) for Seats Components. • Identify and propose cost-saving opportunities and optimizations throughout the vehicle development lifecycle to meet cost targets. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, and Vehicle Program teams. • Provide essential cost analysis and data to support negotiation activities during RFQs, change notes, and key vehicle milestones. • Employ client-specific methodologies and cost databases to create and deliver comprehensive cost analysis reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field. • 1+ years of experience in Design & Release or Technical Design roles in the automotive industry. • Experience in design or development of Seats Components. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. • Strong interest and willingness to learn and perform Costing activities. • Previous exposure to cost analysis, should-cost models, or technical costing is a plus. • Advanced English Communication.
