📋 Description

• Solid knowledge of contract law and close collaboration with various departments • Clarification of substantive issues and support in contract interpretation • Advising the sales and proposal teams during the acquisition phase • Monitoring the entire contract lifecycle and developing specific standards • Responsibility for administration and governance after contract signing • Supporting the continuous development of excellent contract management

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business law, business administration, or business informatics • Ideally an MBA or a comparable advanced academic degree • At least four years of relevant professional experience, including international experience, in contract management • Experience in the IT industry, e.g., software development, IT outsourcing • Solid knowledge of contract law • Excellent negotiation skills • Fluent in German and English
