📋 Description

• As a (Junior) Consultant in the Platforms & Prototypes team, you translate customer needs into smart, scalable, and future-proof experiences. • You work with a team of strategists, designers, technologists, and data experts to tackle digital transformation challenges from both a business and technology angle. • You connect data and experience by designing customer-first strategies, activating technologies like CDPs and AI, and rapidly building and testing MVPs. • Whether it’s setting up a data-informed personalization strategy or helping prototype a journey powered by GenAI, you make complex tech feel simple and human. • Project examples: Designing and implementing a (digital) agentic service for a financial services brand to improve customer retention or to prevent churn • Mapping business and strategic drivers to tech requirements for a loyalty platform, leveraging a Customer Data Platform (CDP) as the basis • Experimenting with low-code and vibe coding solutions to quickly validate new customer service flows • Shaping a new, fully digital citizen engagement strategy for a country or local government

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence or similar • Affinity with digital strategy, customer data, CX tooling such as CRM, CDP, and AI-powered transformation. Don’t worry if you do not have hands-on experience yet - we expect affinity and interest, not that you become a developer • The ability to simplify complexity and connect business ambition to tech opportunities • Comfort working in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Adaptability and eagerness to learn • A professional attitude towards clients • An excellent command of the English language, other languages are a plus • The flexibility to travel in and outside the Netherlands • A plus is experience in customer journey mapping and optimization, design thinking, user research, marketing activation and/or project management.
