• Data modeling, definition of business rules, and designing omnichannel experiences (Portal, Workspace, and Mobile). • Advanced automation: creation of flows, subflows, and reusable actions. • Design of secure integrations (authentication, authorization, observability). • Planning and execution of upgrades, applying health checklists, and coordinating hypercare periods. • Defining standards, playbooks, and training pathways, ensuring governance and quality.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT (Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields). • Postgraduate degree or specializations in Software Architecture, Integrations, or UX are a plus. • Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow App Engine and the Now Experience/UI Builder ecosystem, including Service Portal and Workspaces. • Ability to create modular, scalable, omnichannel experiences (Portal, Workspace, and Mobile). • Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs (Script Includes and Business Rules). • Experience with reuse patterns (subflows, actions, widgets), observability, telemetry, and error handling. • Ability to articulate value (ROI), support adoption, decide between OOTB vs. customization, and contribute to governance and legacy coexistence roadmaps.
