📋 Description

• In the “Digital Customer Experience” (DCX) team, you support our clients in their digital transformation • We identify required changes, design tailored solutions and implement them independently — innovatively, agilely, and with a future focus • As a Senior Frontend Developer, Customer Experience, you take responsibility within international project teams and shape digital applications that deliver real value • Develop innovative applications, design frontend architectures and make well‑founded decisions regarding libraries and tools, for example for state management or testing • Work closely with UI/UX designers to develop design systems and implement them technically, ensuring quality, usability and accessibility • Technical ownership for projects and subprojects • Actively contribute to the development of new service offerings and support sales activities and proposal processes • Provide professional support and guidance on-site with clients as required

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a STEM field or a comparable program forms your technical foundation • Several years of practical experience with modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React • Experience integrating AI tools into design and development processes • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach and a structured, solution-focused way of working • Very good German and English language skills and willingness to work in international project teams and to travel occasionally for project assignments • For certain projects, a security clearance in accordance with secrecy and sabotage-protection regulations may be required
