• Shape the digital future of the manufacturing industry • Analyze and model business and application architectures using Capgemini frameworks • Design target states and target architectures for new IT solutions – from the shop floor to business intelligence • Develop and implement innovative data-driven business models across the entire value chain • Provide consulting on Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), e.g., according to TOGAF • Independently take responsibility for work packages in projects • Actively collaborate within the international Capgemini community on architecture and digital manufacturing topics • Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior consultants
• Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable technical discipline • Experience in architecture management and implementing complex IT solutions • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., MS Azure, IBM Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, PTC ThingWorx) • Development skills in Java, Python, C++ and Node.js • Consulting experience and expertise in digital transformation / Industry 4.0 • Strong IT affinity and an understanding of complex interrelationships • Strong communication skills and experience in workshops and presentations • Willingness to travel and excellent German and English language skills
