📋 Description

• Consolidate complex client requirements from business processes with innovative technologies • Take responsibility for requirements analysis, functional and IT designs, and maintenance of feature backlogs • Lead the development of architecture and solution designs for demanding logistics projects • Advise our clients on optimizing and implementing systems such as Warehouse Management and Transport Management • Contribute to client acquisition and actively support proposal processes with your expertise • Lead (sub-)teams in larger or strategic projects and ensure successful project outcomes • Work closely with international experts across our global organization to continuously expand our logistics and distribution capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a comparable field • Several years of consulting and business experience in logistics and distribution • Deep, regularly applied knowledge of IT methods and architecture modeling, e.g., requirements elicitation, process modeling, IT project management, and frameworks such as TOGAF • Experience dealing with senior management stakeholders and confidence in strategic discussions • Enjoy combining technical expertise, analytical thinking and practical implementation • Business-fluent German and very good English, willingness to travel, and openness to remote work • High self‑initiative, flexibility and team orientation, combined with a thought‑leader role and the desire to actively advance your career within our team and the Capgemini Group
