📋 Description

• Attorneys are given immediate case responsibility and work within a team structure. • This growing insurance defense and coverage firm is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 5 + years of litigation experience. • This role offers the opportunity to manage your own case load, work within a team environment, and produce high-quality work product.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. • 5+ years of experience with insurance coverage and related correspondence. • Exceptional trial advocacy skills and a strategic mindset. • Familiarity with insurance policies (GL, D&O, E&O, etc.) and insurer requirements. • Ability to handle own caseload.
