• Lead and oversee activities within our growing company. • Manage a team of Mini Business Managers, Growth Strategist and Administrators. • Write and edit content, produce business case studies, build a vibrant community. • Organize trainings programs and events. • Spearhead HR initiatives and handle graphics and video content creation. • Drive our overall growth strategy and utilize technology with SaaS products. • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a culture of excellence. • Oversee the creation and refinement of compelling content. • Develop insightful case studies, engage community members. • Organize internal and external trainings, oversee hiring process. • Manage social media presence and campaigns, implement marketing strategies. • Analyze market trends and adapt business plans accordingly. • Establish partnerships and actively network for new business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate student • willingness to prove team building, leadership and team management skills. • Strong written or verbal communication abilities. • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. • Familiarity analytical thinking and programming knowledge with SaaS products, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. • Talent for networking, partnership building, and community engagement. • A track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies. • HR and hiring experience, with a keen understanding of organizational dynamics. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions like an entrepreneur.
