📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data • Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models • Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting • Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards • Perform ad-hoc analyses (e.g., program reviews, reconciliation variances, business development assessments) • Apply government reimbursement rules (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid) to financial activities • Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts • Mentor accounting staff and support financial systems training • Research and document technical accounting issues • Present complex financial information to senior leadership • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders • May lead or coordinate financial projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated knowledge of general ledger and related financial and revenue cycle systems (e.g. Workday and Epic) preferred • Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and BI tools
