📋 Description

• Issue and register customer invoices in compliance with contractual terms • Monitor incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts • Manage the accounts receivable aging report and support collection activities • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies • Process credit notes and resolve billing issues with Sales and Delivery teams • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue accounting • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation • Collaborate with the Finance team to improve administrative processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures • Support management of the entire customer invoicing process • Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to ensure correct invoice issuance, payment monitoring, and accurate accounting records

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of previous experience in Accounts Receivable • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields of study • Good knowledge of accounting principles related to customer invoicing • Experience using ERP/accounting systems • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude • Professional proficiency in both Italian and English • Experience in IT or consulting companies (nice to have) • Experience with electronic invoicing (nice to have) • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (nice to have) • Applications from candidates protected under Article 1 of Italian Law 68/99 and registered with the targeted employment placement service are welcome and will be considered
