📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4–7 Data and BI Analysts. • Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define and evolve the BI and data platform roadmap. • Guide the evolution of our data models and pipelines in Azure SQL. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their processes and goals. • Lay groundwork for incorporating advanced analytics, such as statistical and ML-based models. • Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage work effectively and deliver iteratively.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics. • 2+ years of experience managing or leading data or BI teams. • Expert-level hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, and Azure SQL or other comparable BI / data technology stack • Proven ability to coach and elevate teams, especially in visualization, data modeling, and insight delivery. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data governance, and KPI design. • Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools.
