📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the Casino, Poker, and Sportsbook platform • Monitor real-time player experience • Coordinate platform updates with central technology teams • Lead product and game certification processes with testing laboratories • Manage regulatory submissions and alignment with Peruvian licensing requirements • Manage external relationships with game providers, payment gateways, IT, and legal partners • Support feature rollouts and platform continuity • Track budgets and analyze P&L, growth, NPS, and other operational metrics • Identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities • Partner with local Marketing and global Product teams on localized promotions, product launches, and retention campaigns • Represent the Peruvian market at group level • Represent the company in local industry associations, regulatory forums, and government engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of operational experience in the iGaming industry • Proven success driving P&L, player growth, and NPS • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken • Direct experience operating in the Peruvian or broader Latin American gaming market • Deep knowledge of local player behavior and cultural nuances • Hands-on experience navigating gaming-sector regulatory frameworks, testing labs, or government relations • Ability to work independently as a proactive individual contributor • Data-driven approach using experimentation to solve problems • Higher education or university degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field • Willingness for occasional travel for group meetings, industry events, and regulatory forums
