📋 Description
• Provides billing support to Patient Financial Services, performing duties including payment posting and account follow up • Monitors assigned work queues and workload • Processes incoming correspondence • Ensures information on the account is complete and accurate
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or college diploma preferred. • A minimum of 1 years of hospital or professional billing and/or collections experience is required. • A minimum of two years of hospital billing or collections preferred. • Experience in cash management, payment posting and interpreting and explaining EOBs a plus.
