📋 Description

• Call and email customers in the Netherlands to answer questions, collect missing information, and provide installation updates • Contact installers in the Netherlands to check availability, coordinate bookings, and provide job details • Keep customers and installers aligned when dates change or practical issues arise • Involve the wider Operations team when needed • Follow up on ongoing installations and record progress and next steps in Done's platform • Use customer and installer conversations to improve Dutch customer communication and ways of working • Work directly with Done's Sweden-based team to build operations in the Netherlands

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch speaking and writing skills • Understanding of the Dutch market and local customer expectations • Comfortable communicating in English with the team • Comfortable speaking on the phone • Organised, reliable, and able to track multiple conversations and next steps • Quick learner with curiosity about technology, energy products, and installations • Experience in customer service, coordination, operations, or the energy sector is a plus • Based somewhere in Sweden, as employment is in Sweden • Able to work with a variable workload and gradual start • Student status is not required; university study in engineering, industrial engineering and management, business, or a related subject in Sweden could suit the role
