📋 Description

• Follow up sales and finance enquiries promptly, converting interest into applications • Build trust over the phone, understand customer needs and explain suitable finance options • Guide customers through applications and lender requirements towards pre-approval • Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records • Work with dealership teams and lenders to deliver a seamless customer experience • Provide remote finance support and leave coverage across the dealership network • Achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of service, responsible lending and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance, lending or sales • Exceptional phone skills • Experience building rapport, handling objections and converting enquiries into applications • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail • Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems • Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to dealerships, finance team and lenders • Commitment to compliance and responsible lending • Genuine customer focus • CV and brief cover letter required • Equal opportunity employer; women are encouraged to apply
