📋 Description

• You will play an important role in helping investors reach their retirement goals and other personal objectives • Members of our team ensure that all advisor and broker requests are handled with the utmost care • You will deliver first-class customer service to investment advisors, their administrative support teams, and investors in our inbound call center • You will work directly with advisors to provide the support they need to inform their clients and plan short- and long-term investment strategies • You will represent Fidelity by managing and resolving client inquiries and, when appropriate, directing clients to the right internal associate in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience • Bilingual in both French and English, spoken and written, is required • A genuine desire to help investors build a better future • A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience • A commitment to contributing to company growth by building and nurturing long-term relationships • A strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally • Thrive in a corporate culture that values collaboration, diversity, and belonging • Flexibility and adaptability • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills to solve problems and exceed client expectations • Comfortable leveraging new technologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Receptive to feedback and able to apply observations and guidance quickly to progress professionally
