📋 Description

• Responsible for the successful development, production, and maintenance of state and federally regulated documents with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. • Contribute to a culture of growth by demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving through resourcefulness, independent learning, and knowledge sharing. • Support cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. • Support the maintenance of core operational workflows to ensure smooth execution and consistency across deliverables. • Identify and/or implement opportunities to improve workflows, coding practices, and process documentation. • Leverage approved AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, problem-solving, and innovation. • Other duties as assigned or requested.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience with performing project coordination activities such as analysis, information gathering, documentation preparation, stakeholder relationship management, and project schedule maintenance. • Preferred 1 year with Healthcare insurance industry business and operational knowledge. • High School/GED required. Relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of degree preferred. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Adaptable to new technologies • Analytical skills • Attention to detail • Communication skills • Customer service • Problem-solving • Process improvement • Project management • Software proficiency
