📋 Description

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Beaker Epic software. • Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications, performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience. • Supports and maintains environments or applications using domain knowledge. • Identifies and corrects issues, conducts routine maintenance, updates systems with new functionality to meet end-user needs, and implements new technologies. • Contributes to and manages small to medium task sets within the assigned area of a project. • Works with several clinical, business and technical resources, and does so in a positive, supportive and collaborative manner. • Contributes to workflow analysis, data collection, report details, or other technical configurations to understand application functionality and what is needed from a customer perspective.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules. • 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. • Must possess Epic Application Certification within 6 months. • Preferred Epic Beaker Certification/Accreditation. • Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience preferred.
